Ford Business Solutions is looking for an

Internal Control Coordinator (part-time – 6 hours)

to join our Internal Control Team in our Szentendre office.

As an Internal Control Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening our internal control environment and supporting the business in maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, drive control-related initiatives, and help ensure our processes remain effective in a dynamic business environment.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

  • Partner with operational teams by providing expert guidance on compliance with company policies, internal controls, and emerging business risks.
  • Lead and contribute to internal control projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Work closely with senior management to align expectations, provide updates on ongoing activities, and support strategic decision-making related to internal controls.
  • Coordinate and perform the annual Non-SOX self-assessment testing for European functions and entities.
  • Coordinate annual SOX control testing in collaboration with the Internal Controls Center of Excellence (IC COE) and external auditors.
  • Support the identification, development, and implementation of corrective actions to address control deficiencies.
  • Assist with internal audit activities and contribute to a strong governance and risk management framework.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if….

  • You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in internal controls, internal or external auditing, risk management, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • You are proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in aftersales or inventory management is a plus.
  • Experience with SOX or Non-SOX controls and audit processes is an advantage.
