Communications Manager, Copenhagen, full-time

Are you a passionate, self-driven communicator who knows how to inform, engage and connect colleagues through strong channel strategy and meaningful storytelling? Join our Group Internal Communications team in Copenhagen and turn your expertise into impact at scale.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work across global priorities and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to bring internal communication strategy and key business initiatives to life for our 37,000 colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

Channel strategy

  • Develop and deliver the global internal channel strategy, and ensure effective channel oversight, maintenance and optimisation.
  • Manage the global intranet and provide related support to markets and functions.
  • Measure and analyse content performance across channels to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Content planning and creation

  • Develop annual content calendars and produce engaging stories for the intranet and other internal channels.
  • Support strategy and leadership communications, including strategy launches, quarterly results, Fireside Chats and thematic townhalls, and create content on key strategic initiatives to support business development and strategy execution.
  • Advise Group functions, regions and markets on effective internal communication strategies for key initiatives and campaigns.

What we’re looking for

  • You bring deep expertise and a proven track record in managing internal communication channels and developing communication strategies for global organisations.
  • You know how to translate complex business language into compelling strategic narratives for highly segmented employee audiences.
  • You will work closely with executive leaders and should have experience serving as a trusted communications adviser to this group.
  • You are proactive, take ownership, manage stakeholders and projects effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Advanced writing skills across formats and fluency in English are required.
  • Experience in turning communication performance data into insights and decisions, as well as using AI to increase impact, will be an important differentiator.
