Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to build on the great foundations already in place and help shape how internal communications evolves at Ando. Working closely with our CEO, Executive Team and leaders across the business, you’ll help keep more than 350 Andonians connected, informed and engaged.
What you'll be doing
Developing and delivering the next evolution of Ando’s internal communications strategy.
Bringing business priorities, change initiatives and big ideas to life through engaging communications and experiences.
Partnering with the CEO, Executive Team and senior leaders to shape messaging and provide trusted communications advice.
Developing communication plans that support growth, transformation and employee engagement.
Experimenting with new channels, formats and technologies to create communications people engage with.
About You
We're looking for someone who can turn strategy into stories, updates into conversations, and communications into something people actually want to engage with. We’re not tied to a particular background or industry that this person ‘should’ have – what matters the most is your ability to bring the following:
Significant experience in communications, marketing, employee engagement or related fields, with a proven ability to connect people to strategy, culture and business priorities.
Experience developing and delivering communication strategies that support change, drive engagement and bring people on the journey.
The ability to move seamlessly between big-picture thinking, strategic planning and hands-on execution.
A modern, future-focused mindset, with a willingness to challenge traditional approaches, experiment with new ideas and embrace AI-enabled ways of working.
Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives.
