Zuora is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to design and lead a global communications strategy that keeps every ZEO (employee) informed, aligned, and inspired as we grow. In this role, you’ll shape how we tell our story internally — connecting our vision, strategy, and culture to the day-to-day experience of ZEOs across regions and functions.
You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Chief Diversity Officer, ZEO Success (HR), Marketing, and senior leaders to build a cohesive internal communications system and cadence that supports change, amplifies our culture, and helps teams act with speed and clarity. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, storytelling, and program execution to deliver measurable impact on employee engagement and alignment.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
