At David Lloyd Clubs we are enjoying a sustained period of growth opening amazing new clubs in the UK & Europe. We are currently looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join our passionate team in the UK.

As Internal Communications Lead you will design, deliver and measure impactful communication campaigns that inform and inspire our people. This role will be central to shaping how our team members connect with our vision, culture, and operational priorities. You will own the planning and execution of engaging content-led campaigns, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives.

*This is a hybrid role where travel to meetings & regular club visits will be required. There may also be occasional travel to Europe. A full UK Drivers Licence will be of benefit to the successful individual.

About you:

  • Strong experience in internal communications, content creation or campaign management.
  • Passion for storytelling and good writing skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, engaging content.
  • Campaign planning experience with a track record of delivering on time and to a high standard.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for fresh, engaging formats (video, podcasts, interactive content).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident in using analytics and feedback to refine communication strategies.
