You will collaborate closely with colleagues across regions to build and activate a dynamic global communication network.

Ready to shape the employee experience and communication agenda of a global organization in its transformation journey? Join us and make a lasting impact at Aliaxis.

WHO ARE WE

At Aliaxis, we design innovative, reliable, and sustainable solutions for fluid and energy management. Our pipe and fitting systems work seamlessly behind the scenes — delivering peace of mind to customers and end users across the globe.

With operations in over 40 countries, we tackle the most complex challenges in the building, infrastructure, industrial, electrical, and agriculture sectors. But what truly drives us is our people. Our 15,000 employees bring the expertise, passion, and dedication that power everything we do.

Together, we make life flow — and we're looking for talented individuals to join us on that journey.

WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARDS

We're offering a unique opportunity to join a global Belgian company with an international and collaborative culture. Aliaxis is focused on reinforcing our operational foundations and building the agility needed to capture future growth opportunities. Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting directly to the VP Group Communications, you will join a collaborative team of four and play a key role in shaping employee engagement across the organization, with as key responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication Strategy & Planning
  • Define and deliver internal communication plans for Group priorities (objectives, audiences, key messages, channels, cadence, ownership).
  • Ensure alignment between corporate and regional communication teams, balancing consistent messaging with local relevance.
  • Content, Channels & Governance
  • Lead the internal editorial calendar and governance process, setting priorities and ensuring a coherent, timely, and engaging narrative across Group initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and source relevant information, employee stories, and business examples from across the Group, turning them into engaging content for internal audiences.
  • Set and maintain communication standards for internal channels (tone of voice, templates, publishing guidelines, audience targeting).
  • Measure communication effectiveness through relevant indicators, employee feedback, and channel insights, and use the findings to continuously improve content, campaigns, and channel performance.
  • Corporate Events & Engagement Initiatives
  • Lead the planning and delivery of Group-wide corporate events and engagement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into experiences that inform, connect, and mobilize employees.
  • Business Partnering & Change Communication
  • Act as the trusted communication partner for business partners in HR, Finances, Operations, and senior leaders.
  • Support change communication for transformation initiatives (strategy rollouts, org changes, new ways of working), ensuring stakeholder mapping, employee impacts, and feedback mechanisms are addressed.

The role is based at Aliaxis’ global headquarters in Brussels, with remote working options (2 days a week).

ABOUT YOU

Success in this role requires internal communication experience in a global organization, with expertise in communication network management, solid collaboration skills, and the ability to manage communication projects across functions, regions, and various stakeholders.

Key requirements are:

  • Relevant internal communications experience within a global matrix organization in manufacturing (or a related industry).
  • Natural relationship builder with business partnership experience for multiple functions. Emphatic, strategic and diplomatic, balancing business needs with communication priorities.
  • Expertise in communication network management, driving engagement and collaboration across communities.
  • Project management skills with experience leading global internal communication initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Experience in branding principles and corporate identity, with a strong eye for designs and visuals, from branding to photography and video.
