
Main Objective:
Responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee and employer branding communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences. The Specialist translates business strategies into key messages, develops appropriate internal communications initiatives, executes, and drives programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape culture.
Responsibilities:
• Active role in building Communication and Employer Branding strategy;
• Build a communication and event calendar yearly;
• Coordinate and build the best communication across the company that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices;
• Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, Knox and other platforms, Town hall events, employee engagement events, small group meetings, celebration events etc.), to articulate key messages;
• Ensures communication, messaging, and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with firm priorities and themes;
• Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company’s internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, internal and external branding, imagery and identity;
• Coordinate onboarding program or newcomers in the company;
• Plan, coordinate and implement internal employees’ events as needed and appropriate;
• Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of firm goals and culture;
• Works with People Team colleagues to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing team to explores/recommends new channels or technologies where possible;
• Coordinates CSR communication campaign in collaboration with CSR Specialist from Marketing;
• Participate in Internal Communication groups/meetings organized by Europe Office;
• Manages content for the internal communication internal pages, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative (social media, newsletter etc.);
• Participate in external events when needed;
• Implements metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications to continuously improve internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees;
• Implements metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of employer branding campaign.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or a related field;
• 3+ years of relevant communications experience and employer branding activities;
• Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing communication content experience with web and digital content preferred;
• Experience managing branded social media accounts;
• Very good level of English;
• Very good communication skills;
• Team player;
• Analytical skills;
• Proactive and eager to experience new tools and ideas.
