We are currently seeking an Internal Comms Specialist to join our Communication team. This role is responsible for designing and executing internal communication strategies that strengthen employees’ understanding of the brand, product portfolio, and business priorities. It focuses on keeping employees informed, engaged, and turning them into brand ambassadors through campaigns, content, and internal experiences aligned with commercial and cultural objectives. The position works cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Product, Human Resources, and external agencies to translate launches, innovations, and key messages into clear, relevant, and engaging internal narratives.

A day in the life of this role:

Internal Communications Strategy (Brand & Product)

  • Develop and implement the internal communications plan focused on brand and product, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Translate launches, innovations, and commercial strategies into clear and actionable internal campaigns for employees.
  • Ensure accurate dissemination of key product messages and Nissan and INFINITI brand positioning to internal audiences (corporate, plants, dealer network, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand pride and product knowledge within the organization

Campaigns, Content & Storytelling

  • Design and execute internal campaigns for vehicle launches key features, technologies, and Nissan and INFINITI brand initiatives.
  • Create strategic and operational content: key messages, newsletters, videos, scripts, presentations, communication kits, etc.
  • Adapt global or regional content to the local context, ensuring cultural and business relevance.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand positioning across all internal channels.

Events, Activations & Internal Experiences

  • Lead the concept development and execution of internal events related to brand and product launches (town halls, reveal events, internal activations, etc.).
  • Coordinate external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-impact execution.
  • Design experiences that bring employees closer to the product (internal test drives, showcases, immersive experiences, etc.).

Channel & Tools Management

  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, screens, newsletters, video, etc.).
  • Define the best use of each channel based on audience and message type.
  • Ensure visibility of key initiatives through effective editorial planning (communication calendar).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, PR, Product, Sales, and Human Resources teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Act as a point of contact for creative and communication agencies for campaign and materials development.
  • Support strategic business initiatives from an internal communications perspective.

Measurement & Innovation

  • Measure the impact of internal communication campaigns and key messages through all internal channels using clear and structured KPIs.
  • Generate reports and insights to optimize strategies and execution.
  • Propose new ways of communicating, integrating digital trends, innovative formats, and AI tools.

Who We’re Looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Public Relations, Marketing, communication agencies, or similar roles.
  • Experience developing campaigns, creating content, and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office (advanced PowerPoint required).
  • Experience with internal communication tools (intranet, mailing platforms, dashboards).
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar).
  • Basic audiovisual content production (video, editing).
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Monday, Trello, or similar)
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling.
  • Strong organization and project management.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in communication.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Travel Required: 15% (Valid driver license is a must, active passport and VISA is preferred)
  • Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).

Desirable Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in the automotive, consumer goods industries and multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to communication
