The firm provides structured services in Internal Audit, IFC, Risk Advisory, Direct/Indirect Tax, SOP and process reviews, Forensic assignments, and Transaction Advisory, supported by a capable team of qualified and semi-qualified professionals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits encompassing planning, walkthroughs, testing, and reporting activities.
• Prepare audit working papers, draft observations, and contribute to report preparation.
• Engage with client teams to obtain data, discuss findings, and clarify audit queries.
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and propose appropriate corrective measures.
• Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Perform testing of ICFR/IFC, carry out sample-based checks, and document processes.
• Assist seniors and partners in special audits and process evaluations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 0.6 to 1 year of experience in Internal Audit.
• Candidates with Articleship experience in Internal Audit will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of audit procedures, controls, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and skilled in documentation.
