Job Identification:

We're looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team. You'll support operational, financial, compliance and process audits across CCI, assess internal controls, and turn findings into practical, value-adding recommendations. Much of the work is hands-on — samples, walkthroughs, Excel, judgment — while we steadily build a more data-driven way of auditing. The role gives you real exposure across a multinational business and functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, HR and DT.

What We Expect:

  • Carry out operational, financial, compliance and process audits in line with the IIA framework and our audit methodology.
  • Perform fieldwork: interviews, walkthroughs, testing and data analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assess internal controls and identify weaknesses, inefficiencies and compliance gaps.
  • Prepare clear workpapers and audit observations, and support reporting.
  • Follow up on remediation actions to ensure they're implemented.
  • Support fraud investigations and special projects when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk advisory or internal controls.
  • Solid grasp of risk and internal control concepts; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English — you'll work daily across a diverse, multinational team.
  • Adaptable, resilient and culturally aware — ready to learn new operations from scratch.
  • Curious — a genuine drive to ask "could this be better or different?"
  • Willing to travel for international audits (~20–25%).
  • CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent (completed or in progress), knowledge of data tools (Power BI, SQL etc.) is a plus.

What We Embrace:

  • “People Centered” Focus
  • Equal Salary Advocate
  • A Globally Diverse/An International Workplace
  • Inclusive Team-Building Activities
  • Digital Learning Opportunities
  • Leadership Exposure With Organizational Events
  • Inclusive Language And Culture
  • Social Clubs/Networks
  • Inclusive/Family-Friendly Policies
