- Develop and maintain a Risk Control Matrix (RCM).
- Review and improve internal audit process based on annual audit plans to enhance internal audit efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
- Conduct independent and impartial audits and analyses of business processes, policies and more.
- Coordinate with various departments to improve gaps or problems found in business processes, policies and operations.
- Organize training related to internal audit activities.
- Familiarity with Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP) and Tax.
- Management will be considered an advantage.
Qualification :
- Male or female aged no more than 35 years.
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business Administrative.
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Audit or Accounting fields.
- Good in English Communication Skills.
- Experience as an Internal Audit or External Auditor from a Big 4 company will be given special consideration.
