Our client is a public listed company specialized in electronic manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for implementing overall working task of the Audit department.
• Develop and improve the internal audit system and procedures, and make audit plan and budget; Organize and implement internal audit for financial, management, efficiency and process.
• Handling all audit issue including audit program, audit reports and management proposals; identify potential problems and risks of the group and generate proposal for the implementation of corrective action planning.
• Be responsible for analyzing the management reports, evaluating its effectiveness and feasibility, carried out risk analysis of internal control for management decision-making.
• To coordinate and communicate with other department to expedite audit progress.
• Able to communicate with external audit and professional parties to comply listed rules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• At least 5 years’ internal audit experience in sizeable organizations with at least 3 years at supervisory level; Professional qualifications like HKICPA, are a definite advantages.
• Internal audit experience in large manufacturing firm and/or HK public listed company preferred, strong exposure in risk analysis and control, familiar with HK listed rules for audit requirement and HK taxation laws and regulations as well as financial management.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent reporting skills in both English & Chinese.
• Stationed in China and travel oversea on an occasional basis.
