
Position: Internal Audit Analyst
Location: On site - Santa Ana, CA
*Hybrid Schedue 4 days on site*
Compensation: $65k - $90k/year DOE

The Internal Audit Analyst is an important member of the Internal Audit Department. The Internal Audit Analyst is responsible for participating in and performing risk-based internal audits and control testing on mortgage origination operations. This role ensures origination activities comply with New American Funding’s policies and procedures, investor, Federal and State regulations, and TRID regulatory requirements. A background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Underwriting, Processing, and/or Funding is essential. The analyst will assist in planning, executing, and reporting audit results that drive operation improvements and support organizational integrity. It is important for the Internal Audit Analyst to have both a collaborative point of view as well as being able to work on assigned projects which may only require individual participation with minimal supervision.
