Job Description

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to join our internal team and help shape, operate and evolve Implement’s AI platform and applications. This is a hands-on, non-consultant role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for digital products, collaborating across teams and making thoughtful decisions about how systems develop over time.

What you’ll do

As our AI Product Owner, you will help own and further develop our internal enterprise AI platform and related AI products. The role sits at the intersection of product ownership, AI platform operations, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on technical development.

You will play an important role in ensuring that our internal AI capabilities are reliable, secure and valuable across Implement and its departments. This includes working with enterprise-level agents, integrations, internal AI products and governance processes.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Help keep our existing AI tools stable, trustworthy and useful
• Contribute to shaping the roadmap for our internal AI platform and products
• Work with Implement’s broader AI hub community to assess and prioritise new ideas
• Translate business needs into robust AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across consultancy departments, IT, Legal, Security and our consultant community
• Support the responsible development and use of AI across the organisation

What you’ll bring

This role combines product ownership with hands-on technical depth. We are looking for someone who is structured, curious and motivated to grow with the role.

You may be the new colleague we are looking for if you have experience with some of the following:

• A master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Product ownership or product management of internally developed software and/or SaaS integrations
• A broad understanding of generative AI, such as LLMs, agents, skills, integrations and responsible AI
• Working with enterprise stakeholders, such as Legal, IT, Security and end users
• Experience with software development, such as e.g. Python, APIs, Git, CI/CD, cloud-based development environments or technical solution design.
• It is a plus if you have some experience working in or with consulting organisations

Experience in all areas is not required. If you are excited about the role and bring relevant experience, we would still very much like to hear from you.
