Job Description

Responsible for vendor invoice audit and recording on monitoring AP logs and other adhoc logs.

• Perform invoice audit to identify discrepancies between vendor and company record
• Records identified vendor invoices without matching receipt in monitoring log.
• Identify invoices on monitoring log with matching receipts.
• Roamer to help out in other areas within the group

Education: Accountancy or any accounting|business related course - undergraduate

Skills:

• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office Applications - Excellent Excel Skills Preferred
• Effective and Strong Organizational, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
