Fixed-term internship / working-student contract (6-12 months)

Location

Hybrid – working from home, with occasional visits to the office, travel requirement is limited.

Support the International Professional Education team with coordination, administrative, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth execution of international professional education activities during a temporary cover period.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of international professional education events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid).
  • Assist with event logistics, registration tracking, and communication with participants and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, adapt, and update event materials such as agendas, flyers, and presentations, primarily using PowerPoint and design tools.
  • Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and training calendars using Excel-based tools.
  • Support tracking, documentation, and follow-up of educational grants, including maintaining approval trackers and ensuring appropriate filing of supporting documents.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation, approvals, transparency reporting, and maintenance of audit-ready records.
  • Support data collection, basic reporting, and updates of professional education digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint).

Qualifikationen

Requirements

  • Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student eligible for an EU internship or working-student contract.
  • Native or fluent English required.
  • At least one additional European language required.
  • First experience in administration, coordination, or event support preferred.
  • Very good Excel skills, including tracking, reporting, and structured data management.
  • Very good PowerPoint skills, with experience adapting agendas, flyers, and event materials.
  • Design experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, social, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
