- Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
- Perform as per SOS (sequence of service).
- Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
