Key Responsibilities
Learn about theday-to-day operationsof a warehouse that stores pharmaceutical products.
Develop an understanding ofdispensing and warehousing operations.
Gain knowledge ofinventory records, helping ensure the warehouse is well-organized and clean.
FollowGood Documentation Practices (GDP)and safety instructions, ensuring full compliance while working in the warehouse.
Performcalibration and verification of weighing balancesand other relevant processes as trained.
Support adherence toregulations related to the storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Assist inidentifying impurities and contaminants in samplesto help maintain product integrity.
Conductphysical examination of stocksin line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Learn aboutbest practices, storage requirements and future trendsin warehouse management.
Support the implementation ofdepartmental objectives and projects.
Support the team to ensureall tasks are completed efficientlyand on time.
Experience, Education & Skills
Pharm DorBachelor of Sciences(or equivalent relevant degree).
Strong interest in gaining experience inpharmaceutical warehouse and inventory operations.
Goodcommunication and presentationskills.
Strongteam collaborationmindset.
Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solvingability and proactive approach.
Highattention to detailand accuracy.
Agile learner, eager to develop new skills.
Adaptable to changeand able to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
