The VM Specialist intern supports the coordination and implementation of the VM guidelines across the Southern Europe cluster. The role involves understanding business strategies to help define the most effective display for each market, keeping the brand’s identity.

The VM is an ambassador of the brand and must communicate through the display, ensuring products elevation enhances client experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for retail and luxury world, particularly jewelry. S/he has genuine eye for detail and solid organizational skills, especially under tight timelines.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Support Southern Europe Cluster VM team implementing the visual strategy across stores
  • Monthly updates of the planograms
  • Assist in VM set-up for campaign and display changes
  • Support and coordinate the ordering of VM tools, props and creatives
  • Create and update PPT for in-store guidelines, special projects, competitors’ analysis, events, etc.
  • Support with budget allocation and invoicing processes

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, specific courses related to VM are a valuable plus
  • Educational background in Visual Merchandising, Design or Styling is a plus,
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Attention to details and analytical skills
  • Flexibility with working hours, including availability for night shift,
  • Fluent in Italian and English


Internship details:

  • Starting date: January 2026
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • Montlhy remuneration: 1.000€ gross + meal vouchers
  • 1 smart working day per week
