Join Kroll’s Valuation Services Team in Amsterdam

Are you looking to kick-start your career in corporate finance and valuation? At Kroll, we believe the best way to learn is by working alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements. Our internship program is designed to give you hands-on experience in business valuation while providing structured technical and professional development.

As an Intern within our Valuation Services team, you will become a fully integrated member of the Amsterdam office from day one. You will contribute to live valuation projects, receive dedicated training in financial modelling and valuation methodologies, and develop the analytical and professional skills needed for a successful career in financial advisory.

Your Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will support project teams on valuation engagements for public and private companies across a wide range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting company, industry and market research
  • Identifying and analyzing comparable public companies and transactions
  • Analyzing historical financial performance and reviewing financial projections
  • Supporting the preparation of valuation models using established internal templates
  • Assisting in estimating discount rates and other valuation assumptions
  • Participating in management interviews and client meetings where appropriate
  • Preparing analyses and client deliverables
  • Supporting the team with valuation reports and presentations
  • Work on your own research project

Your Profile

We are seeking talented candidates who possess:

  • A strong interest in corporate finance, valuation and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • A Master’s degree (or close to finalizing) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minor in Accounting or Finance)
  • Relevant practical experience through internships or extracurricular engagements
  • Proficiency in English & Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Authorization to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship
