Job Summary

Support the Umrah team in handling day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive experience for Umrah pilgrims.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Umrah team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the preparation and checking of Umrah travel documents and pilgrim information.
• Assist with data entry, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support coordination with internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing Umrah packages, schedules, and related materials.
• Support customer service activities by responding to basic pilgrim inquiries and requests.
• Assist with pre-departure arrangements and other operational preparations for pilgrims.
• Support the team during Umrah departures and other related activities when required.
• Perform other tasks and ad-hoc assignments related to Umrah operations as assigned by the supervisor.
