Intern Trends & Foresights

You will learn to Make a Difference in

Trend intelligence 

• Continuously scan and analyze societal, lifestyle and industry trend signals across various sources (media, reports, web listening, social media platforms, events).

• Maintain and update internal communication channels and materials with relevant trend insights and resources, usage monitoring

Trend Insights: Content development 

• Contribute to the creation of trend briefs for marketing, innovation, and creative teams.

• Support the development of trend presentations and reports:

• Collaborate on internal and external creative partnerships and co-creation initiatives.

Trend-Driven Inspirations

• Help translate trend insights into creative inspirations for fragrance development, promotion and storytelling,

• Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to spark innovation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Academic background in Marketing, Sociology, Cultural Studies, International Business, Business Administration or related fields

• Strong project coordination skills: organizing, planning, multitasking and priorities setting.

• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

• Analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information.

• Computer knowledge and presentation skills (Proficiency in MS office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How Would You Stand Out?

• At ease with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). Ability to extract meaningful insights from online conversations.

• Able to work in a diverse environment (cultures/people)
