Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:

Internship Opportunity in Transfer Pricing for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Your role:

As part of our Transfer Pricing team, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a broad range of transfer pricing matters for Luxembourg and international clients.

Under the guidance of senior team members, your tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and documentation covering a wide range of intragroup transactions;
  • Performing economic and financial analyses, including benchmarking and comparable searches;
  • Conducting research on transfer pricing matters, including relevant OECD guidance, Luxembourg rules and international developments;
  • Assisting the team in transfer pricing audits, pre-litigation and litigation matters, including the analysis of positions taken by taxpayers and tax authorities and the preparation of supporting documentation;
  • Contributing to client deliverables and working closely with senior team members on a variety of advisory and documentation projects;
  • Our international client base will give you exposure to diverse industries and transactions, in a multicultural and dynamic working environment.

Your profile:

  • You have obtained or are currently pursuing a master’s or postgraduate degree in law, economics or finance;
  • You have a strong interest in transfer pricing and international taxation, combined with strong analytical and research skills and an ability to work confidently with financial and economic information;
  • You are looking for a 3 to 6 months internship as part of, or complementary to, your studies;
  • You have a good command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in French, German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage;
  • You are curious, rigorous and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • You are interested in gaining practical experience in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
