ASSY EOL:
Perform equipment Periodic PM and Buy-off.
Support equipment continuous improvements in collaboration with MFG., EE, & PE.
Measure, construct, and repair precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
Troubleshooting and Repair of EOL Equipment major issues.
Interpret technical drawings, schematic diagram, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Recommend improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
POST TEST:
Support PM/Cal Activities of Post Test Equipment w/ the supervision of PM Tech
Perform actual PM/Cal of Post Test Equipment
Completion of PM/Cal Docs and uploading to M3S until closure
Support equipment continuous improvements in collaboration with MFG., EE, & PE.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Qualification:
2-3year Technical Course Graduate of either Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Technology.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar, and PLC skill is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to read and interpret Schematic Diagrams.
