Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and organizing technical and operational data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and basic reports to track technical KPIs and process performance
• Support the team with data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare presentations and visual summaries of insights for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical team members to understand data requirements and reporting needs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed findings.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate in Data Science, Statistics or a related analytical/technical field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
