Intern – Talent Attraction

(Based at Battaramulla)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of career fairs, university engagements, skill development programs
• Support the coordination of Employer Branding activities.
• Support with the day-to-day activities for the talent attraction team.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• Proactive and passionate undergraduate in Business, HR, Marketing or related discipline who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and create meaningful impact.
• Energetic & outgoing
• Good communication skills
• Able to support the team in executing projects.
