Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Support Intern will partner closely with the recruitment team to support ongoing hiring initiatives and operational activities. This role offers structured exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, providing the opportunity to develop foundational skills in candidate management, research, and recruitment analytics within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming job applications, ensuring timely and professional candidate communication
  • Support resume screening and shortlisting activities in alignment with role requirements and hiring guidelines
  • Assist with the intern referral process by reviewing profiles referred by internal stakeholders and consolidating preliminary feedback
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and internal interview panels
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, trackers, and candidate status updates
  • Support sourcing initiatives for internship and entry-level roles through approved platforms and databases
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal review
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts, including job postings and hiring campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to data confidentiality and recruitment process standards

Qualifications

  • Possess or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
  • Willingness to learn and apply fundamental recruiting principles and full-cycle recruitment practices
  • Interest in Healthcare, Technology, or Data Analytics industries is considered an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to organize information, conduct basic research, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn in a professional environment
