Terms: 12 weeks, full-time, flexible 37.5 hours/week, in-office
Pay: $23/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Support process improvements and system organization to enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams.
  • Help optimize how employees store, share, and access information within Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Assist in simplifying workflows and creating user-friendly tools and resources; help automate the boring stuff.
  • Contribute to improving user experience through organization, usability testing, and clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with departments and IT to identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart

  • Strong Academic Performance and Relevant Coursework: A demonstrated commitment to excellence through your academic achievements, with relevant coursework such as Information Systems, Database Management, Systems Analysis & Design, or related areas.
  • Microsoft Skills: Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools, including basic familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, and Forms.
  • Helpful

    Experience:
    Any role showing you can organize content, solve problems, or support customers and users.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Evidence of improving a process, cleaning up digital materials, or helping a team adopt a new tool or process.
  • Professional Development: Participation in certifications or learning related to Microsoft 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, SC-900) or other self-driven projects demonstrating curiosity and growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Experience working with cross-functional teams or communicating technical ideas to non-technical users, showing comfort bridging the gap between people and systems.
  • Nice-to-Have: A basic understanding of metadata, versioning, co-authoring, or an interest in Power BI or PowerShell.
