We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Intern to support Sustainability Performance Management & Reporting Unit within the Group Sustainability Department. You will contribute to sustainability reporting, data analysis, reporting process automation, and the preparation of the Bank’s Annual Sustainability Statement, while gaining hands-on experience in ESG reporting, regulatory requirements, and data management.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support the preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, and internal communications

  • Assist with sustainability data collection, validation, analysis, and quality reviews

  • Help coordinate information gathering from various stakeholders across the organization

  • Contribute to audit and assurance processes by preparing supporting documentation

  • Support the development of reporting methodologies, datasets, and process documentation

  • Assist in reporting automation initiatives, Power BI dashboards, and data-driven process improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Technology, Biology, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Law, or a related field

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with data and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with data analysis or Power BI would be an advantage

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
