About the Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability KPI & Supplier Engagement Intern to support the Commodity and Sustainability teams in managing the growing sustainability workload. The intern will be responsible for supplier follow-up activities, data maintenance, document tracking, KPI reporting support, and administrative coordination related to sustainability programs.

This role will help ensure high data quality, KPI compliance, and timely completion of sustainability initiatives while enabling the Commodity Team to focus on strategic supplier management and sustainability improvement activities.

What you can look forward to as Sustainability KPI & Supplier Engagement Intern?

• Monitor and track supplier completion of mandatory sustainability trainings, including: Human Rights Training and Business Partner Code of Conduct (BP CoC) Training.
• Communicate with suppliers via email and other channels to ensure timely training completion.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier participation and completion status.
• Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of sustainability-related supplier data.
• Assist in monitoring KPI performance and ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
• Track supplier submissions and supporting documents.

Your profile as Sustainability KPI & Supplier Engagement Intern:

• Currently pursuing Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong English Language communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with databases, tracking tools, and digital documentation systems.
