About the role
As an intern, you will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while gaining hands-on industry experience and building a strong network across the organisation.
The internship is a full-time position (37 hours/week) for 4–6 months at our Copenhagen office. We are flexible to accommodate potential scheduling conflicts and your university credit transfer requirements. In return, we expect flexibility and dedication from you to meet business deadlines.
As our new team member, you will have the opportunity to work on the development and implementation of ESG strategies for large multinational companies, gaining direct exposure to clients and hands-on experience in a consulting environment. You will also contribute to driving commercial value through high-impact ESG initiatives.
You will support your team in delivering insightful and impactful solutions to our clients and accelerating their ESG journey. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and implementation of ESG strategies for large multinational companies, including direct client exposure
Supporting projects such as Double Materiality Assessments, TCFD, greenhouse gas accounting, and net-zero strategies
Collaborating with your team using the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Presenting your findings internally
Taking ownership for assigned tasks
Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Throughout the internship, you will build your consulting toolbox and gain hands-on experience working on real client challenges.
What are we looking for?
We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining expert knowledge with strong strategic and analytical skills. You should excel in building trusted relationships and working collaboratively. As a person you are curious and passionate about learning the ins and outs of various industries we work with, shipping, energy, logistics, construction, venture capital, and pharmaceuticals being some examples. Moreover, you are comfortable working in an informal environment and want to make an impact right from day one!
Qualifications
We are welcoming applications from talented candidates with different
backgrounds and levels of experience. Being enrolled in a university programme is a must, but preferably you are also:
Fluent in spoken and written English, Danish, and/or German
Studying within a field such as finance or business economics/ politics/ development studies at a Danish university
Ranked among the top 15% of your class
