
Key Responsibilities:
·Implement sustainability initiatives in fabric manufacturing processes to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
·Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
·Prepare and submit sustainability reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to assess progress and impact.
·Lead or support sustainability projects such as waste reduction programs, energy efficiency improvements, and sustainable material sourcing.
·Coordinate with various departments to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and product development.
·Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and ensure the responsible sourcing of materials.
·Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and educate employees about sustainability practices and policies.
·Foster a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualification and Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Engineering Technology, Eco Business Management, Physical Science, Sustainability, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
·Experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the fabric manufacturing or textile industry will be an added advantage.
·Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and industry trends.
·Strong analytical skills and experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage stakeholders.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sustainability reporting software and tools.
