Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer service team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Serve as a point of contact for basic customer inquiries and provide general information.
• Support the coordination and organization of customer service activities.
• Help maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the customer service department.
• Support in managing and tracking customer requests and follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with common office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office365, SharePoint).
• Cope well under pressure and maintains professionalism.
