Job Description

As a Supply Planning Intern, you will support the SCM Planning and Logistics team in managing inventory, replenishment, and supply execution across distribution centres and source sites. You will be involved in demand fulfilment, shortage management, and supply planning activities to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain. This role offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems, planning processes, and global supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.

What you will do

  • Support order and stock commitments, including preparing recovery plans for distribution centres (DCs) and source sites

  • Assist in stock replenishment planning and execution across DCs, source sites, and regional markets

  • Monitor and follow up on material shortages, and support allocation planning to optimize supply

  • Support the execution of supply plans, including ramp-up and phase-out activities

  • Analyse planning data and processes to support operational efficiency and decision-making.


What you bring

  • Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Basic understanding or exposure to supply chain, planning, or logistics operations

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and interest in analyzing work processes

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of freight, transportation, or customs regulations is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
