Purpose of Role
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and floor area in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
Responsibly Description
- Arrive at work early, be fully dressed in uniform, and report to the office on time to collect the daily report and attend the daily briefing.
- While on duty, staff must wear a clean uniform, black socks, and black leather shoes, and keep a neat and professional appearance in line with W standards. Long hair must be tied up for safety.
- Take good care of room keys, duty phones, and pantry keys. All items must be returned to the office after duty. Staff must sign when receiving and returning items.
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards, including removing trash, making beds, dusting the room and all equipment, replenishing room and bathroom amenities, cleaning the bathroom, and vacuuming.
- If any damage to room equipment or facilities is found during cleaning, report it to the office as soon as possible.
- Provide turn down service.
- Deliver guest room amenities to the pantry or guest rooms as assigned.
- Deliver requested items to guest.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

主要負責事項
- 提早抵達公司、著裝完畢,準時到辦公室領取每日報表、進行每日早會。
- 值班時應穿著整齊制服、黑襪、黑色皮鞋,並保持服裝儀容整潔,符合W形象。髮長過肩應束髮,以確保工作安全。
- 妥善保管領取到的房卡、公務手機及pantry鑰匙,並於下班時確實繳回辦公室;領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責。
- 依照飯店標準程序清掃分配的客房,包含處理垃圾、整理床鋪、除去客房及所有設備灰塵,補充房間及浴室備品,整理浴室及最後吸塵。
- 整理客房同時,如客房內設備有任何損壞,請盡速在最短時間內告知房務辨公室。
- 每日早上依照住房報表,檢查空房,應了解所屬樓層房間狀況。
- 於開夜床時間,依照住房報表為客人作夜床服務。
- 依分配指示遞送客房備品至樓層工作間或客房
- 依客人需求遞送指定物品至客房。
- 遵守所有公司政策和程序。
