JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the team in preparing presentation decks using existing templates.
Source reference images, visuals and mood boards for creative presentations.
Conduct basic research on programme ideas, talents, locations, brands and industry trends.
Compile and organise information for proposals and presentations.
Update presentation materials based on feedback from the team.
Content & Design Support
Assist in creating simple graphics using Canva and existing design templates.
Repurpose presentation materials and visual assets for different projects.
Support basic photo and video editing for presentations and social media.
Organise and maintain digital files and project assets.
Production Support
Assist during studio recordings, location shoots and promotional activities.
Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos using a mobile phone.
Support the production team with simple on-ground tasks during filming.
Assist with props, talent coordination and general production preparation when required.
Administrative Support
Assist with meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Organise project documents, folders and production materials.
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Unscripted team.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia or a related field.
Passionate about television, digital content and storytelling.
Creative, organised and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of the following is an advantage:
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Canva
CapCut
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Basic mobile photography and videography
