As a bolttech intern....

You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.

You will be working with the Strategy & Investments team located in Hong Kong and:

• Be part of one of the leading InsurTech ecosystems in the world
• Understand bolttech’s positioning in the embedded insurance sector
• Get to know the entire buyside M&A process, from deal screening to completion
• Being involved in group strategy projects across Asia
• Support investor discussions and be integral part to manage investor relations
• Significant exposure to senior management
• Learn the fundamental skill sets required as M&A analyst

You will have the opportunity to…

• Support day to day execution of M&A and strategy projects, including preparation of presentations, financial models and deal documents
• Assess investment opportunities by conducting comprehensive market and company research and prepare assessment reports
• Perform financial analysis and assist in valuation exercises
• Participate in M&A due diligence sessions
• Assist on preparing recurring business review and project status reports to management and key stakeholders

What we are looking for…

• A student or recent graduate with strong academic background in Finance / Accounting / Economics or similar subject with strong analytical background
• Strong technical background and excellent excel and power point skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
