Join the BMW Group Sales Division and contribute to strategic projects with direct relevance for senior management and future business development. You will gain unique insights into strategic decision-making, cross-functional project work, and future-oriented business development within one of the world's leading premium automotive companies.

What awaits you?

  • You will support strategic projects within the BMW Group Sales Division, covering Sales, Aftersales, customer development, business transformation, and future growth topics.
  • Furthermore, you help conduct analyses on market developments, customer expectations, competitive dynamics, digital ecosystems, mobility services, and emerging technologies.
  • In addition, you contribute to AI and data-driven initiatives by identifying use cases, structuring requirements, evaluating benefits, and preparing decision documents.
  • Moreover, you will assist in deriving actionable recommendations and preparing executive presentations, management briefings, business cases, KPI tracking, and project milestones.
  • Furthermore, you collaborate with international stakeholders across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Product Management, and other relevant functions.

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Strategy, or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Affinity for strategic business development, digital transformation, Sales, Aftersales, customer insights, and future mobility trends.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, digital business models, or visualization tools.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as the ability to communicate business and technology-related topics clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive, self-driven, curious, creative, and team-oriented mindset in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is beneficial.
