Manager Title:

Sr. Manager, Audience and Revenue GrowthThe Station Products & Initiatives (SPI) team leads multi-departmental programs and initiatives for stations focused on distribution partnerships, scalable technologies, and future-forward strategies. The Station Products and Initiatives Intern would provide support across the following team focus areas: Digital Distribution, Local Content and Presence, and Audience and Revenue Growth. This would include conducting research, collaborating on resources and materials, and supporting member station communications and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to deliver SPI-related materials and best practices to stations.

  • Conduct research related to the public media station product and initiatives landscape, including surveying member stations, summarizing findings, and developing case studies around their needs and local efforts.

  • Support PBS member station use of our portfolio of products and initiatives across Distribution, Local Content and Presence, and Audience and Revenue Growth.

  • Contribute resources for the member station platforms, the PBS Hub and Our Neighborhood.

  • Provide additional support to members of the Station Products and Initiatives team as appropriate.

  • Bring a station forward mindset to products and initiatives across the organization

Requirements for success:

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Experience conducting research

  • Excellent time management

  • Adept interpersonal abilities

Additional Information:

  • Time Commitment: June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026

  • Compensation: Undergraduate students receive $15/hour, graduate students receive $17/hour
