DEVELOPMENT OF SHAREHOLDER ANALYSIS ACTIVITY ALONGSIDE THE SHAREHOLDERS RIGHT DIRECTIVE II & GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION IN EUROPE
The European expansion of our Advisory & IR Solutions business is a strategic pillar for the next two years. Already serving clients in France and Belgium the Shareholder Analysis team will deploy a lot of efforts to serve Oslo Børs Clients and to accompany the European implementation of the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II), which should unlock the business potential outside to other geographies across Europe. Share registers in Europe will be more transparent and more easily accessible from local CSDs.
The Shareholder Analysis team provides market intelligence and advice to listed companies subscribing to shareholder identification services. Be part of a dynamic entrepreneurial team with wide range of experiences. Build deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. Work with Analysts to build reports analysing ownership of client shares by institutional investors.

Support the IR & Advisory Team on deliverables concerning all topics and mandates based on workflow and priorities

• Bachelor/Master university student or recently graduated (preferrable in Finance/Economics)
• Previous experience in the capital markets/financial communication would be a plus
