As an intern in theShared Services Centre team, you will support theproject team (Digital & Tech)by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.
Responsibilities
Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones
Set up and coordinatemeetings, workshops, and project-related events
Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degreein Information Technology,Analytics, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Detailed-oriented and meticulous
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
