Essential Skills-  M.Tech /B. Tech/BE in Computer Science / Information Technology from premier institutes only  Excellent communication skills are essential.  Must have a good understanding of business processes related toOOPs Concepts.  Must have coding experience in any OOP Language (Java, Python. Node.js)  Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines.  Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills.  Must have the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people. Good to Have Skills -  Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.  Familiarity with HTML and CSS for designing and styling user interfaces.  A basic understanding of DBMS concepts, including handling transactions and writing fundamental SQL queries.
