What you need to do

• Assist the SAP Support Team in providing day-to-day support for SAP ISR operations, ensuring timely resolution of user queries and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with business users to gather and understand basic requirements, follow up on approvals, and support process implementation activities under the guidance of the team.
• Support operational IT activities related to Collection Center operations, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
• Assist in KANE support activities, including issue tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and support for system integrations and operational requirements.
• Prepare, update, and maintain documentation related to new processes, system enhancements, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Maintain and regularly update SAP ISR and KANE user manuals, ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility.
• Support SAP ISR and KANE-related activities associated with new outlet openings, including item activation, pricing setup, system configuration support, and coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor and track support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation of issues where necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful execution of system-related initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the SAP Support Team to facilitate continuous improvement and business continuity.

What you need

• Currently pursuing the final year of, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and professionally.
