Responsibilities
  • Support the team with data-driven operational tasks and analytics-focused sales projects

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines

  • Develop data models that improve reporting accuracy and enable deeper sales performance insights

  • Work with SQL to extract, clean, and structure data from various internal systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions

  • Present insights through clear, visually compelling reports and presentations

  • Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance, reporting standards, and analytics workflows

Requirements
  • Enrolled student (all genders) in business analytics, data science, economics, business informatics, statistics, or a related field

  • Mandatory internship required by your university, lasting 6 months

  • Strong interest in data analytics, sales performance metrics, and process optimization

  • Experience with:

    • Power BI (or similar BI tools)

    • SQL for data extraction and transformation

    • Data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, normalization, etc.)

  • Salesforce knowledge would be a plus

  • Motivated to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities within the sales organization

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • Open-minded, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

    • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

    • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

    • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
