Responsable de apoyar los procesos del área de Sales Ops (inventarios, informes de ventas, documentación de licitaciones), asegurando precisión, oportunidad y cumplimiento de políticas internas. Participa en la validación de datos, conciliaciones y generación de reportes operativos clave. Desarrolla y optimiza herramientas informáticas (dashboards, automatizaciones y bases de datos) que mejoren la visibilidad y eficiencia del proceso. Trabaja de forma transversal con Supply Chain y Finanzas, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones basada en datos y a la mejora continua de la gestión comercial. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitorear el estado de avance de las órdenes de inventarios en los países de la región.
• Crear en SAP las órdenes de inventario relacionadas con el suministro de inventario de México.
• Apoyar en el proceso de forecast, AOP y LRP, a través del diligenciamiento de información base.
• Proveer la información necesaria para la gestión de ofertas y licitaciones en la región.
• Monitorear los niveles de inventario en cada país, generando herramientas de captura, análisis y presentación de la información.
• Participar activamente en reuniones con distribuidores y áreas internas de la compañía
• Dar soporte a las actividades que le sean asignadas EDUCATION
