Job Description

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales, production, and inventory data
  • Support the S&OP team in maintaining forecasting spreadsheets and planning reports
  • Help track inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory
  • Assist in preparing reports for weekly and monthly planning meetings
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, customer service, and sales teams to gather planning information
  • Update demand forecasts based on sales trends and customer orders
  • Support scheduling and production planning activities as needed
  • Review data for accuracy and help maintain planning systems
  • Assist with identifying process improvement opportunities within planning workflows
  • Help monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
  • Support special projects related to supply chain, operations planning, and process optimization
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership or department meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks related to planning operations, including documentation and file management
  • Communicate planning updates to internal teams as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the S&OP team

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in supply chain, business, operations management, finance, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
