About the Role

As an intern for sales, you will support the operational works including monthly reconciliation, sample parts tracking, support the GT&C negotiations, data analysis and sales reporting.

What You Will Do

• Monthly AR reconciliation: this is to support the AR reconciliation so as to facilitate right invoicing in order to timely collect the AR, mainly for SAIC GM
• Sample parts delivery: this is to support the sample parts delivery under a variety of programs which are in development phase, mainly for SAIC
• Data analysis: this is about the customer data mining and data analysis to support the sales leader in customer based analytical works
• GT&C negotiation: this is to support sales in document reviewing and preparation when we negotiate with customer the GT&C

What You Need to Be Successful

• Basic analytical skills, sense of math
• Demonstrable knowledge of office tools
• Proficiency in English
• Good working altitude
