Job Description


RTM Station● To assist RTM supervisor coaching and training to staff/drivers● All parcels are routed accordingly to drivers/riders● To assist Supervisor in daily tasks● Parcel routing and Route Inbound are done according to SOP daily● All parcels are accounted for.● Ensuring all parcels are scanned daily.● To ensure no parcels are left unattended after push out● Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation
RTM HQ● To assist Admin make daily checking attendance and route drivers/ riders.● To assist CSM in verifying driver’s POD validity daily.● To assist CSM in handling RDO.● Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse.● Other additional tasks as instructed.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in logistics field related to logistics.
  • 3 - 6 months of internship.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player.
  • An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
