Job Description

Princess Cruises, one of the world’s most recognized premium travel brands, offers guests unforgettable MedallionClass experiences across hundreds of global destinations. Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to the dynamic cruise and leisure travel industry. Interns contribute to meaningful projects while participating in professional development, leadership sessions, and enrichment activities that showcase life at Princess.

We are looking for an amazing Intern, Revenue Planning, to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Summer Paid Revenue Planning Intern will support the Revenue Planning team in forecasting and the business reporting function. This role offers hands-on experience with data analysis and business reporting that directly impact business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily/weekly booking, occupancy, revenue, sourcing, and channel data

  • Create reports and improve current reports with visualization tools

  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

  • Assist in creating and refining forecasts for Occupancy, Net Ticket Revenue (NTR), Components, Guest Sourcing, and Channels.

  • Contribute and engage in forecast improvement initiatives and data modeling projects.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making abstract connections within data

  • Advance proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams.

  • Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

  • This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
