You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.
Thisinternshipprogramme will give you a flavour ofwhat it takes to workwithinourAsia Pacific Corporate SolutionsResearch teamWorking under the guidance of ourexperiencedreal estateprofessionals, you will gainabetter understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.
Have you got apassion for researchfield workand an interest in data analysis?You willconduct desktop research on key trends and development trends.These data will bevalidatedthroughfield work, gatheringactualoccupier trendsandassessactual physicalstatusofprojects You willbe trained bysenioranalystsbeforeeventuallymakingyour ownassessment.
You will be expected totransform andarticulatethis ground intelligenceintousable informationinlocal and regional reportsas well as presentation decksThe reports youhelpcreate will be then used by the broader research team, JLL Corporate Solutions and other business lines in presentations to clients and the wider business.Expect to bepresent your findings throughout your stint and be prepared to beincluded in projects plans, calls and workflow wherein you will work with multi-disciplinary teams across theSingapore business and wider SEAregion.
